Changed your mind? That’s totally okay – we’ve made returning your item as easy as possible for you. To make sure everything goes smoothly, all returns must be made using our return label. It’s quick, simple, and no printer is needed.

How it works:

- Request your return label
Just click the button below to request your return label. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a QR code by email – super easy to use.

- No printer needed
Simply take your parcel and show the QR code at your local drop-off point. They’ll scan it and print the label for you on the spot.

- Send your item back
Hand over your parcel at the drop-off point, and you’re all set! We’ll take care of the rest.

- Refund
Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days. We’ll keep you updated by email.

A few important notes:

- Returns are only accepted with our official return label.

- The return label fee is not refundable.

- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.
